After checkout, Stripe sends you back to your private order page. That page shows progress, any questions we need answered, and your downloads.

On the same device and browser you ordered from, starting the same package again also brings you back to your saved order.

Delivery: allow up to 48 hours after payment and any required details, not counting Sundays (Central Time) — typically sooner.

Need a change? Once your files are ready, your order page has a revisions form: one included minor revision within 7 calendar days of delivery, plus free fixes for errors we introduced. Revised files arrive within 48 hours of a complete request, not counting Sundays.
