Payment is taken through Stripe’s secure checkout. Work starts only after Stripe confirms payment.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If our accuracy checks can’t approve your package, your purchase isn’t used up: you can answer follow-up questions or retry from your order page.

Files are delivered within 24–48 hours after Stripe confirms payment and we have every required detail, not counting Sundays (America/Chicago time). Delivery is often sooner. Your order page shows the latest expected time and, once delivered, when your files first became available.

Each package includes one complimentary minor revision: wording changes, corrections or formatting adjustments within the template you selected. Request it from your order page within 7 calendar days of when your files first became available (through the end of the 7th day, Central Time).

A minor revision does not include a full rewrite, retargeting to a different job, adding substantial new experience, or switching templates. Revisions use only facts you already provided and pass the same accuracy checks. Revised files are delivered within 24–48 hours after a complete request, not counting Sundays.

Errors we introduced — where a delivered file differs from what you gave us — are corrected free and do not use your included revision. Your included revision is only used once revised files are successfully delivered; your original files remain available.

Documents are written from the information you provide, then checked automatically against your own text. We don’t invent jobs, schools, dates or numbers. Confirm your personal details before using your files; you are responsible for what you submit to employers.

We don’t promise interviews, job offers or any specific result. Keyword reports are estimates, not a score from any real applicant tracking system.

Your order page link is private. Anyone with it can view your order, so don’t share it. Your order page and files stay available for 30 days from when you place the order, then are deleted. Unpaid orders are removed after 3 days.

The roast is a personalized, for-fun review of your writing only. It doesn’t judge layout and isn’t career advice.
